# Search

> Search the tracked sources — newsletters, X, podcasts, and YouTube — by topic, author, or ticker.

Search everything Drip tracks — Substack and email newsletters, X, podcasts,
YouTube — for what was said, by whom, and when.

Planned capability:

* One search across every source type, not just articles
* Filters for author, publication, ticker, direction, and date range
* Ranked excerpts with a pointer to the underlying
  [stock pick](/v2/stock-picks) where one exists
* Consistent free / paid behaviour with the rest of the API
